Lift Barre

LIFT Barre is a one hour full body toning, balance, and flexibility workout. The LIFT method fuses ballet, Pilates, and yoga together with light weight and resistance band training to deliver lean, sculpted muscles. The class moves at a quick pace to keep muscles warm and the heart pumping. No previous dance, Pilates or yoga experience needed. For those a little nervous, try a VITALITY BARRE CLASS first, to get comfortable with this awesome method! We also offer a BARRE EXPRESS CLASS that is only 45 minutes.

Early Bird Barre

10 minutes shorter than the signature Lift Barre class, Early Bird Barre shortens the warm up and picks up the pace to pack in a full-body workout in just 50 minutes. Be sure to check in at least 5 minutes prior to class because the front door will be locked 2 minutes before the start of class of all early morning classes. Sorry, no acceptations! This is for the safety of our clients and staff.

Well then bring your yoga mat, water bottle and get ready for a whole body workout that will leave you drenched! Hustle combines barre, power pilates, and cardio to take your workout to the next level!
