Our signature one-hour barre class blends ballet, Pilates, and yoga-inspired movement into a full-body workout that tones, strengthens, and improves flexibility. Absolutely. LIFT Barre Express packs in all the essential toning, sculpting, and balance-building moves from our full-length barre class—just in a more condensed format. You’ll feel the burn without wasting a minute.

If you’re brand new to barre or easing back into fitness, we recommend starting with Vitality Barre for a slower pace and extra focus on form. That said, LIFT Barre Express is beginner-friendly with proper guidance—our instructors offer modifications and clear cues to help you move safely and confidently, even at a quicker pace.

Grip socks are encouraged for safety and stability. Wear fitted, breathable workout clothes and bring water. We’ll provide the rest!
Vitality Barre
Barre, at your pace.
This full-body format offers the strength-building benefits of LIFT Barre, but with a slower pace and extra focus on alignment and form. Ideal for beginners, those easing back into movement, or anyone craving a mindful approach to strength and flexibility.

Vitality Barre follows the same foundational format but moves at a more intentional pace. You’ll spend more time focusing on form, alignment, and breath, making it ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone wanting a mindful movement experience.

HUSTLE is a fast-paced, low-impact blend of barre, Pilates, and cardio intervals. You’ll challenge your endurance, strengthen your core, and sweat to a high-energy playlist—all without jumping or impact-heavy moves.

Yes! HUSTLE is low-impact and high-energy, with options to modify or intensify based on your fitness level. That said, the class includes dynamic transitions between standing and floor-based movements, so you should feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor with ease to fully enjoy the experience.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and your energy. Everything else you need will be provided—and don’t forget a towel… you’ll earn it!
