Our Pilates classes combine core-focused movement with mindful breathwork to help you build strength, stability, and body awareness from the inside out. Whether you’re grounding into the fundamentals or powering through a heated flow, each class is designed to support your posture, mobility, and long-term wellness—on and off the mat.

Mat 1 Express Pilates

Build your foundation. Breathe with intention.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or refining the basics, this 45-minute, non-heated class focuses on breathwork, foundational mat movements, and the classical Pilates 5 series. Expect a slower pace with intentional cueing to help you deepen your body awareness, strengthen from the core, and move with more control. All levels welcome.

  • No Pilates experience required! Just a desire to learn the foundations of Pilates and begin to develop awareness of activating your core, focusing on the power of your breath, and cultivating a sense of where different parts of your body are in space.

  • Bring a mindset willing to grow and learn, water, and a yoga mat if you have one. If not, no worries!! Mats are provided as part of our new client experience!

  • We begin with Pilates breath work, warm up our muscles and joints, learn about the class focus in a short workshop, and then turn on the music and get moving!

  • Mat 1 is a great place to begin! In all of our classes at SOULIFT, we encourage people to take rest when needed and then jump back in. There’s no shame in honoring where your body is today.

Heated Power Pilates

Turn up the heat. Power up your practice.

Set in a 90-degree infrared-heated studio, this fast-paced Pilates mat class offers a powerful full-body challenge. You’ll flow through classical movements that fire up your core, lengthen your muscles, and leave you feeling strong and detoxified. Prior Pilates experience is recommended. Be sure to hydrate before and during class, and avoid heavy meals beforehand.

  • Pilates experience is recommended for this fast-paced class with constant movement in the 90-degree heat.

  • Bring a desire to work your muscles to the point of fatigue, water, and a yoga mat if you have one. If not, no worries!! Mats are provided as part of our new client experience!

  • Mat 1 focuses on providing you with the practical knowledge and body awareness to build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice. It’s 45 minutes in a climate-controlled space. Heated Power Pilates builds upon the Pilates 5 foundation and explores more advanced movement and challenges in a 90-degree heated space for an hour.

  • We begin with Pilates breath work, warm up our muscles and joints, explore the class focus in a workshop, and then turn on the music and get moving with a combination of weight-bearing and core-focused movements, functional movements, arm work, and glutes.

Heated Power Pilates Express

All the burn. Less time.

Set in a 90-degree infrared-heated studio, this 45-minute challenging mat class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize every muscle in your body—including your mind. You'll move through classical Pilates sequences with precision and flow, emphasizing deep core engagement, spinal alignment, and postural strength. Prior Pilates experience is recommended.

Yogalates

The best of both worlds—fluid yoga flow meets core-fired Pilates.

This dynamic class blends the strength and stability of Pilates with the mobility and mindfulness of yoga. Expect a flowing sequence that targets your core, builds heat, and challenges balance—all while connecting breath to movement. With influences from our Get Hot flow, Power Mat Pilates, and All Levels Flow, Yogalates delivers a full-body burn and a centered mind. Modifications are offered, making this class accessible for most levels ready to sweat, strengthen, and stretch. Offered in both heated and non-heated formats.
