Two Become One
What happens when a vibrant brunette barre teacher and a free-spirited blonde yoga teacher with the same intention to SWEAT, FLOW, AND GROW are planted in the same space? WE BLOOM, baby! We mix up a lot of SOUL and a ton of LIFT with drive, dedication, and warmth to cultivate a safe space for all to land; SOULIFT! In addition to mindful-movement classes, we also provide health coaching and red light therapy.

Just a woman forever on a mission to love herself more-body, heart and soul. She is a forever student to the practice of yoga, which she’s found can reveal beauty, love, and TRUTH in every breath if only you are open to receive it. Her mission is to bring all, especially women, back into relationship with themselves so that they feel at home and loved in their body, mind and spirit.
Belinthia received her RYT 200 training from Inlet Yoga in Murrells Inlet, SC in February 2014. She is a mama bear and a loving wife and if she's not on her mat you can find her enjoying bubbles or coffee and lounging in her PJ's devouring a good read. She desires nothing more than to travel the world and witness the beauty in the both the BIG and SMALL moments.
She completed her 500 hour training with The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute in 2018 with Beryl Bender Birch, the founder of Power Yoga. Belinthia received a 300 hour Ayurveda Health and Lifestyle Coach certificate with Katie Silcox, a New York Times Best-Selling author, yoga teacher, and Ayurveda practitioner. Beinthia's practice has been an anchor during both the bright and rainy seasons in life. She believes that a yoga practice constantly showers you with blessings, truth and grace and invites you to live life with a heart wide open.
In addition to Belinthia teaching yoga she also offers personal Nutrition consults and Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching.
