Kellen Lott

Kellen was born and raised in Florence and graduated from South Florence High School. She left to attend Clemson University and graduated in 2020 with a degree in Communications. After living in Charlotte and Charleston post-grad, Kellen desired a change of pace and made her way back to Florence and her family (after saying she *never* would). Joining Soulift and learning to truly love movement again was just the icing on the cake. If she’s not flowing in the Soul Studio, you’ll find her with her doodle dog Busy, walking and listening to one of her favorite podcasts, or at home cooking something new and fun.
