Studio Policies

 

Class Cancellation Policy 

All class reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.  Late cancellations will result in loss of the class from your package. And members will be charged a $20 fee.  We highly encourage clients to pre-register for all classes.  Classes with less than 3 clients pre-registered could be cancelled 1 hour before class at management’s discretion.

Waitlist Policy 

If you sign up for a wait list, you are expressing your interest in attending the class up until 2 hours before the start time.  You will receive an email notification or text if you have been admitted into the class. If you no longer feel you can make it to class, please log into your account and remove your name. Late or No Show fees may apply.

Late to Class Policy 

Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to ensure that your spot is not given to a stand-by student and to set up your equipment. If the class is not at capacity, students may enter up to 5 minutes late. No matter what number you are on the waitlist there is a chance you will make it into class. All classes require two hours cancellation notice—if you are added to the class from the waitlist, be aware that the cancellation policy applies.

Please note the “Lobby Door Policy” for all classes. Due to the safety of the students and instructors, the main lobby door will be locked 2 minutes prior to the start of class.   

Medical Clearance 

If you currently have (or have a history of) an injury or medical condition, it is your responsibility to inform your physician before starting our classes. If you are unsure whether your medical history will permit your participation, please email grace@souliftflo.com prior to enrolling in classes.


Other Terms and Conditions

All class package sales are final. Classes may not be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.
